All access to, and any use of, S.A.B.A. and any Web page, Mobile Application or Internet site established by S.A.B.A. is governed by the following disclaimers and limits on use. This page states the Term’s & Conditions under which you may use any S.A.B.A. Web page, Mobile Application or Internet site. By accessing this Web page, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Neither S.A.B.A. nor its contributors shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the information described and/or contained herein and assumes no responsibility for anyone's use of the information. In no event shall S.A.B.A. or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to: procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence or otherwise), or any other theory arising in any way out of the use of this system, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. This disclaimer applies to both isolated and aggregate uses of the information. S.A.B.A. provides this information on an "AS IS" basis.
